Disposition versions
11. The classes of participants in sections 9 and 10 constitute corresponding classes of purchasers for the purposes of the acquisition of savings products.
The acquisition of a savings product may, pursuant to Division II of Chapter VII of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001), be reserved for any of the classes of purchasers.
